Please keep in mind that we are a small team and during busy periods, it may take 2-3 days to respond to your email. We work hard to make sure your order arrives as safely and as quickly as possible, but occasionally, there may be delays that are out of our control. Thank you, as always, for your patience and support. 

Shipping Providers

We ship products to UK delivery addresses via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and to EU and ROW via Royal Mail International - Tracked.  

Your tracking info will be emailed to you via your dispatch email. If you require further assistance then please contact us.

Shipping Costs

Please note our international shipping costs are calculated based on weight.

UK £2.80 (small packet, such as CDs or cassettes) or £5.05 (vinyl) (Postage & Packaging) 

EU from £13.95 (Postage &  Packaging)

ROW (Zone 1) from £17.50 (Postage & Packaging)

ROW (Zone 2) from £17.50 (Postage & Packaging)

ROW (Zone 3) from £17.50 (Postage & Packaging)

Estimated Delivery Times

Pre orders will be delivered on or around the stated release date in the product description.

Back catalogue and in stock merch orders will be delivered as below:

UK 2-3 business days (including Saturdays)

EU 4-10 business days

ROW (Zones 1, 2 and 3) 10-14 business days

Please note that this is a guide only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee. Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices. 

* Due to issues with NPF fees for US purchases, please be aware we have temporarily paused shipping to the US.

* If you purchase a pre-order item amongst an order of in-stock releases, we will typically hold your box until all items are in stock. We aim to deliver all pre-ordered products on the actual day of release (unforeseen circumstances can mean that this is not possible).

* Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Sustainability

All Rock Action orders are shipped from the UK. To minimise impact on the environment we would encourage you to consider purchasing records via local independent retailers where possible, especially if you live outside of the UK.
